Senses is a "Private" Club and we don't really seek out publicity. We are very fortunate not to have to do that and have turned down a lot of PR over the years because frankly we prefer to rely more on word of mouth and quality over quantity. We also respect our clients privacy and would never subject them to any form of publicity. Hence the "Private Club" part of our name 😉
However, from time to time we get some very nice email reviews from our clients and they have agreed to let us post these reviews here. We have removed their contact details to protect their privacy.

My wife had her best birthday ever
Best Birthday Ever!!!
Those were my wife's first words when she woke up the morning after her birthday. The staff went out of their way to ensure the entire day was truly special and memorable, which is not surprising considering the impeccable service provided every day. From the housekeeping staff that makes multiple trips through the rooms daily, to the excellent kitchen staff and the lounge/bar staff, attention to detail and customer service is evident everywhere. Management is available and checks frequently to ensure all needs are met.
And what can you say about the Travel Guides? They are an exceptional group of ladies who are fun and engaging. We went to 2 offsite beaches and our guides were excellent resources. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The lounge and dining areas are inviting and comfortable. The pool is surrounded by an ample lounging area and beautiful landscaping. This was our second visit and we have already booked a return trip.
For couples looking for an intimate getaway, Senses can't be beat. We were immediately put at ease by the friendly and engaging Travel Guides. We felt like we were hanging out with friends. We can't wait to get back!!

I hope my message finds you well. I wanted to first take the time to say THANK YOU!!!!! Beth and I agreed that this was the best vacation and best New Years' Eve/Day we have ever had, hands down. Absolutely phenomenal!!! I think it is safe to say that Beth's first trip to the Caribbean was one to remember. That is not possible without you all and the great staff, and those AMAZING travel guides. Both Beth and I were in awe at how the staff transformed the pool area to a dining area, to a dance floor, and back to a pool space. Those gents are just fabulous and I truly appreciate them and I hope they know that. I would be remiss if I did not mention the fabulous housekeeping staff as well. They are amazing. Thank you so very much!!! We are grateful for the experience and are already planning our return in short order.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for the amazing time. It is a pity I was not able to meet you and say this in person but I hope I was an understanding and acceptable guest and will be allowed back. I understand why you said that your place will be addicting. The first thing I did when I came back is check my calendar.

I really wanted to thank you for a great trip. It was all I expected, and a lot that I did not. Each of the guides was truly a special person, and I am really grateful to have had an opportunity get to know them. I am not a people person, and it took me a while to understand how to best interact, but they were great in helping me through that journey.
The last night was the best - the other guests were so inclusive and fun, and what was amazing was to see how the guides took their energy and created an amazing time for everyone. I can honestly say I have not had that much fun in as long as I can remember. Seeing Masha, Sasha and Viktoria cutting loose in such a carefree way was so fun to be a part of and they all helped me get outside of my comfort zone in a good way. The fun they were having was intoxicating and authentic.
I wish I could have rewarded them more than I did, but I did to the limits I could, and I hope they appreciate it and understand that.
I hope if ever our paths cross again, I would be welcomed back.
Till then - please do whatever it takes to keep this special place going, and making it available to those who deserve it.
Exceeded our expectations

My wife and I recently visited SPC and the experience far exceeded our expectations. It not only was our first visit to Senses, but was our first stay at a resort of this type. Needless to say, there was a tremendous amount of nervousness and anxiety. Within 30 minutes of arrival however, that was all gone.
The facility is beautiful, the suites large and well appointed, the grounds well maintained, and the lounge and pool areas very inviting. The real difference makers though are the staff and travel guides. The staff was friendly and excellent at their jobs. The travel guides were open and engaging from the start. We felt we were hanging out with old friends, telling stories, laughing, and having a great time. This was truly a special couple's experience. From initial reservation inquiries to transportation out of the resort at the end of our stay, everything was handled in an exceptionally professional and courteous manner.
It was such a wonderful experience, we are already planning a return trip for a longer stay this time!
